“Save The Date” Policy
The “Save The Date” option allows prospective clients to temporarily hold a preferred event date for up to fourteen (14) days while finalizing contracts and initial payments.
Important clarifications:
A “Save The Date” does not constitute a confirmed booking
Dates not secured within the 14-day period may be released without notice
Availability is not guaranteed until a full booking is completed

Payments & Fees
Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation policies are outlined in individual event agreements and supersede any general information provided on the website.
Failure to submit payments in accordance with agreed terms may result in cancellation of bookings or release of reserved dates.
